Which colleges require midyear reports? Yale, Duke, etc.?

Hi, just had a question about midyear reports. I can't seem to tell if all these colleges require midyear reports...can someone confirm? All of them are regular admission.

These are the colleges I am wondering about:

Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Brown
Duke
Vanderbilt
Stanford

I went to the Admissions websites of just 2 of your schools, and then to requirements, or something similar. I’m not sure where your confusion is coming from:

[Application Instructions & Components | Yale College Admissions](<a href=“Application Instructions & Components | Yale College Undergraduate Admissions”>Application Instructions & Components | Yale College Undergraduate Admissions)

[Princeton University | Application Checklist](http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/checklist/)

Don’t most colleges? And is there any reason that you can’t just look on the school websites yourself?

practically every school, even ones that have already accepted you.

To my knowledge every single school requires mid-year reports. It’s how they make sure you aren’t totally ignoring your senior year.

yes I checked all the websites, I was intelligent enough to do that. however, I just heard talk from some kids at my school that some schools do not require a midyear report, so I just wanted to dispel the rumors. thanks

Not to decry CC or any of the very knowledgeable posters here, but the primary source (college website) is a better way of dispelling rumors than comments on an internet discussion site.

jhredsox has a point. As far as I could dig up, University of Maryland’s website did not say anything about a midyear report. So not every college demands a midyear.

^Many rolling schools do not, the OP is asking about highly selective RD schools, they all do and anyone applying to that level of school ought to be able to go to the website and find out the information rather than worrying about rumors at school.
