Next year I'm definitely taking Ap Calc, H. English, H. Chinese 2, and AP computer programming. Question is whether I should take both Ap Chem and AP physics C in same year (sciences comes kind of easy for me rather than english and history), or should I only take one of those? Or instead of both of those sciences, should I substitute AP economics (macro/micro) or AP Statistics?

I think it's manageable.

It's good when AP Calc is taken in advance or, or along with, AP Physics C. AP Stats is pretty easy for people who are good at math.

Make your choice based on what you're thinking you might major in college. ANd of course don't forget to have time to make the applications, which can be substantial.

Thanks for the advice. I'm in 10th grade now. So if I think I'll be math with combo of either physics or econ as college major, how would that affect my decision? If I don't take econ next year, I'll take it sr. year.

You really shouldn't worry much about rushing all of this. You have time to decide. Two sciences would be tough. And colleges want a well balanced student. As long as you take the courses you think you will need for college. You have two years left so you can still take all the AP courses you want. I wouldn't double up on one (i.e. sciences) either. Keep your schedule spread out. Take chem next year, physics the next. Take econ whenever. Same with math. Stay well balanced. Colleges want a jack of all trades. just something to think about.

I say just take one science. Both of the courses are very difficult and time-consuming.

i'm doing the 2 right now, not bad at all... parts of it goes together really nicely on temperature and such:)

well yea. Like I said in my post earlier. It just depends on what you are wanting to take, and what you like. And colleges, generally, want someone well rounded not someone who only excells in one field of study.
