the universities that I am going to apply are university of Washington,Ohio state university,temple university,
university of Michigan ann arbor ,University of Iowa and university of Wisconsin-Madison. If you have any info about this majors or any other major that this universities are really strong in and that would help me with my requirements for med-school please help me.

All of these are perfectly fine. You will get all the basic pre-requisites for medical school. Choose the one you are most interested in and then focus on doing the other things that will make your medical school application a strong one.
They’re all incredibly similar. See the pinned post about specialized bio majors at the top of this forum. Med schools will not care. Pick the one you’re most interested in, because you’ll do better in it, and the grades are what med schools care about.
