<p>I have been accepted to come to UM for the fall of 2014. I'm just wondering where I should dorm. Markley i hear is the best social scene, and i've heard a few bad rumors about east quad, and i've heard a few good things about mojo. I wanted to hear what anyone else had to say. As it may be hard to get a place in central campus as a freshman i plan to join the RC or the Research program to get into Mojo. can anyone tell me more about their experience in the RC for east quad and the research program and also in markley? What are the pro's and con's of each?</p>
<p>If you are artistic or vegan east quad is where you’d fit in and have the easiest time with food choices. It is great location but known as ‘odd quad’ because of the artsyness and whatnot. Markley has tons of freshmen but typically the smallest rooms. Mojo was recently revamped so there’s not too much bad to say about it. But you don’t get a choice between these unless you’re in a program with specific living so there is no reason to worry about it.</p>
