Hi guys! I have a few plans for my summer, but I can't do everything due to schedule issues. FYI, all the summer programs I've listed are selective and prestigious to a degree, and aren't just pay-to-go programs(not like harvard SSP etc).

Plan 1 - Language:
Spend the whole 2 months with the Department of State's National Security Language Initiative, in either Egypt/Russia/Turkey learning either Arabic/Russian/Turkish. I would likely become pretty proficient after this, though not to the point of fluency.

Plan 2 - Volunteer-based:
Spend 10 days in a Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in China, with an international NGO I've been working with for a year, doing volunteer work, teaching and earthquake relief. Also learning Tibetan culture. And then,

Spend 2 weeks at Yale University for the Ivy Scholars Program studying Global Strategy(Social Sciences, Leadership, Public Speaking, Lobbying etc)

Plan 3 - Pedantic:
Spend 2 weeks at Yale University for the Ivy Scholars Program studying Political Philosophy, Law and Economics

Spend 1 week at UC Berkeley or Cornell University with the "Economics for Leaders" program, to study Economics(also includes courses for college credit).

Which of these would be more impressive/useful for my future and college apps coming up?
