Which one of these teachers should I ask a recommendation for?

<p>I'm trying to decide on who I should ask for my second teacher application. My first will be from my math teacher.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>Honors English
I don't do particularly well in this class, mainly because my teacher is a harsh grader, but I ask for help multiple times every quarter and is one of his hardest working students. Even though my grade may not reflect it, he's commented on how much I've improved throughout the year. I participate somewhat. </p></li>
<li><p>AP Psychology
Not a core class, but I do fairly well (A-). I participate heavily in class (everyday) and I know the teacher somewhat (not as much as my english teacher). I don't really show up and ask for help though when I need it (maybe 1/2 a quarter?). </p></li>
</ol>

<p>So, CC'ers, who should I ask</p>

<p>Many colleges ask for letters from teachers of core subjects.</p>

<p>English teacher because it sounds like you have more of a relationship with them.</p>
