Which SAT Subject Tests to take?

I'm taking the Math II but I need one science subject test and one other subject test.

I haven't taken AP Bio-I took AP Prep Bio my freshman year though.
I took AP Chem last year-made a 1 on the AP Exam (as did nearly every other student in that class) b/c our teacher didn't fully prepare us for the test.
Our school didn't offer AP Physics-but I took regular trig-based Physics last semester and made 100s on all the tests without ever studying-problem is we didn't cover all the material (ex. I know nothing about optics).
I made a 4 on the AP US History Exam last May (b/c I wrote about the wrong World War :/)
I do well in AP Lit (I am currently taking the class)- though I'm better at the essays than the MC.

So for science, should I take the physics, chemistry, or bio?
And for the other subject test, should I take the Lit or the US History?

Which tests would be the easiest the score 700+ given that I don't have much time left to prepare?

You should attempt the physics test. My teacher has taught us Mechanics (not including Rotational motion and Laws of Gravitation), and basic Wave principles. I self studied the rest 1 month before the test. I’m scoring pretty good on practice exams and will hopefully get an 800.

US History would be easier to score higher on than Lit.

Bio and Lit. 10 char…
