Which School is the best choice for me in EE undergraduate program?

Hi~ guys! I am an international student who is going to study in the States from August. I can't make my decision easily for choosing the school among I've got accepted. So I am asking you guys advise for choosing the school.
I've got accepted from Purdue, Uni. Wisconsin(Madison), RPI, WPI, Virginia Tech, Ohio State U, and North Carolina State Uni. Among these schools, which school is the best choice in Electronical Engineering for international student? Thank you for reading and thank you again for your advise~!
Have a nice day~!

I believe Purdue.

Purdue has the best EE program, but Wisconsin is in a nicer city and has more to do. I would choose one of these programs.

UW-Madison. City is about 200,000, LOTS of international students, very liberal, plenty of things to do. There are also many affordable housing choices.

The engineering programs are very good here, and you will feel more at home. The other schools you listed are comparable academically, but many of the towns, for lack of a better word, are in the middle of nowhere.

RPI is the best engineering school from the list you gave. School is very undergraduate oriented. If you that you would benefit from a smaller, more personal learning environment go to RPI.
