Raise your hand~~

i'm on the management track.

Yes. This is the best program ever.. ever! I'm going to management, but the fact that the class is only 25 kids is amazing. Should either of us get in, we'll be (essentially) set for life. We will have contacts with 25 others our age who will obviously be major players later on in the biotech field.

Of course, the fact that only 25 kids get in doesn't help our chances much..

well im applying next year. 59 people applied early last year and 14 got in.

Hope to see you all @ Penn

Good luck guys. Don't forget to post with your results!

good luck guys

Thanks Guys and Gals

so...what happened?

yo fellas, i was accepted ls track join this facebook group if you were accepted Facebook | Login

deffered management track...I have no idea whether I still have a shot at Vagelos

what were your stats if you don't mind me asking?

bumpity-bump. I want to see who else applied

I'm 80% sure I'll be applying ED next year.

vadox,

Is the program aimed for premeds?

^ Not at all, no.

Actually, quite a few of us are premed, including some of those on the management track. Besides, joint degree programs aren't supposed to train you for only one specific field. For example, if you look at the career placement of Huntsman students, a lot of them enter finance in NYC or other jobs unrelated to international relations.

And about 35 out of 200+ applicants are ultimately accepted each year. But the program's only been around for two years so we have yet to see how competitive it'll get.

can ppl post stats?

I just hope the program doesn't get more exposure. I'll be applying next year. The less people apply, the higher chances I'll get. hehe

^will u be applying ED

^I will be. I know, I don't want people to find out either :)

it looks interesting, i mite apply
