Why isnt NYU included in CC's Top Colleges list?

<p>In my opinion, the only good thing about NYU is Stern. Its other schools have a pretty average chance of getting in, whereas Stern is actually hard and one of the top b-schools in the U.S.</p>

<p>NYU has top-ranked graduate programs in the humanities and social sciences too.</p>

<p>It should be ranked at least in the low twenties, among the elite publics instead of after them.</p>

<p>The “NYU is overrated” argument has gotten old. By everyone thinking it’s overrated, it is soon ironically going to be underrated. It’s a very good school… certainly in the top 1% of institutions of higher learning in the US… given that there are 4000+ of them. Its location is also a bonus!</p>

<p>and 2) it has TERRIBLE financial aid. I think CC would be too ashamed to advocate a school that ALLOWS you to go over $200,000 in debt to attend. </p>
