So this fall--very last minute--I realized that the types of schools I was applying to (big catholic universities like boston college) were not the types of colleges I was looking for. I edited my list a few weeks ago and one of the schools I added was Vassar. Obviously I never had the chance to visit vassar or talk to a rep, so I am struggling with the "Why Vassar?" part of the application. The rest of my application is strong, but I'm worried that this section will significantly hurt me.... what do you think?

What attracted you to Vassar? Go take the online tour if you haven't, read about Vassar on Princeton Review and on Wikipedia, see if it feels right for you. And then tell them why.
Good luck!!
