Why was my counselor recommendation form waived?

<p>I am applying to Berry College which requires a counselor recommendation form as part of the application process. I sent in all my credentials and gave my counselor the form yesterday, however she said she won't be able to complete it until next week. Today I went to check if my SAT scores had been processed and it said "waived" next to the box for the counselor recommendation form on the same day it said my SAT scores had been processed. They could not have received the form yet since she hasn't even completed it. </p>

<p>My question is, why was it waived and should I be worried about it? Or is it a good thing that it was waived?</p>

<p>Pick up the phone and call them. They are the only people who will be able to tell you why this happened and whether it matters or not.</p>

<p>I obviously know to call them. I don’t expect someone on the internet to know exactly why this happened. I’m only wondering if anyone would know for what reasons they would do this, for anyone, not just me.</p>
