<p>I recently took the SAT and got an 1810. I got a 630 on both math and critical reading but I got a 550 on writing. Will this hurt my chances or do they completely disregard the writing section?</p>
<p>They say the writing has no effect on admission decision, it is only used for English placement. Now, if that is true in reality, who knows.</p>
