Will a straight midwestern male be an oddity on campus?

So, can a small town boy, albeit a tolerant one, make in the big city....or campus of Vassar.
Other webs talked of it being a campus devoid of tall, straight, carnivorous men. I just don't want to be the onliest one....

boy don´t be ignant... yall know ju won´t be the only one... if i was ju i would think of it as a positive thing because ju would have more opportunities with them ladies... juno. ummkayyy.

You can certainly fit in at Vassar as a straight, Midwestern male from a small town. Although Vassar has a reputation of having a large gay population, there are also plenty of straight men on-campus. The student body is also quite geographically diverse, so you'll certainly be able to find individuals from the Midwest or who come from a "small town" background. Furthermore, you'll also find that there are very few people at Vassar who judge you based on where you come from: who you are as an individual is much more important than where you call home.

Are you both current Vassar students?

I am... I'm a sophomore.
