Will High School Language Credits Hold Me Back?

So I'm currently in high school, and my dream is to go to cornell university. I was just looking at their course requirements, and it says they require 3 years of one foreign language, and that deficiencies have to be explained in a letter. I am seriously freaking out because I only have 2 in Chinese: Chinese 5 and AP Chinese. My counselor told me that was definitely enough, but now I'm not so sure. I can't start a new language now, because there is no way I can reach 3 credits by senior year. Will this screw up my chances for acceptance at Cornell?
