I am originally from Minnesota, but am a sophomore at the University of Kansas. I had a 3.34 gpa before this semester started. I am little low on credits with just 47 after this semester is over. I also have 2 classes I have dropped and taken w's on. Besides my college transcript I also had to send the University of Minnesota my high school transcript. I had a 3.88 gpa in high school, will that help at all? I also applied just a few days ago, which was about two and a half weeks after the priority deadline. What are my chances of being accepted?

bump, please help

I am also applying to university of minnesota as a transfer for all the fall of 2011. There are a lot of factors that they are taking into consideration. For example, the courses that you have taken, your major, and more. I am not sure that about the two w’s on your transcript, but as long you don’t have too many, I’m sure that you’ll be fine. Since you have over 26 credits, they would weigh your college transcript more, than your high school.

Right now it really depends on the college or program that you applied to. Just wondering, what program did you applied to?

Sorry if I didn’t help very much, but I wish you luck :)
