What is your class rank? A&M doesn’t look at GPA only rank. That said, assuming your rank is good, you should be able to get into engineering.

With that low of a rank and that high of an SAT score, Galveston Is probable possibility if your calculus and physics readiness are sufficient, based on the rest of your application. Blinn Engr academy also possible
