<p>I would rather not doubt people on CC. It can be done with hard work and determination, and there are those stories of people who are on a track to never accomplish their goals. Just by a few quick decisions and goals, they get where they want to be.</p>
<p>If she doesn’t want to be in UGS, but doesn’t make her first or second choice major (it does happen unfortunately), she is better off attending another engineering program that has accepted her. Simple as that.</p>
