Will I get into the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University as a transfer?

I applied to transfer to the SFS at Georgetown as a Regional and Comparative studies major
I currently am at University of Maryland, College Park as a 2nd semester freshman. I applied for fall 2014

Details:
-4.0 GPA- Dean's List
-Gov+Politics Major + Chinese Major (double major+applied for global terrorism minor)
-Solid Professor's Recommendation (From Int. Relations class)
-Dean's recommendation- since the Dean does not do student interviews I couldn't get a character review on it.
-Great essays (lol)
-720 Critical Reading, 690 Math for SAT
-720 Literature + 710 Math 2 for SAT subject tests
-High school class rank was bad, I was in top 25% (but don't schools like improvement?)
- 4 on AP English test
-AP Scholar Award, Academic Achievement Award for NJ Science League
-President and Founder of International Affairs Club in high school
-Quarterback of football team and captain of tennis team in high school
-Chairperson and Team leader of Melanoma International Foundation
-4 years NJ Science League Varsity State Competitor + top scorer
+ Some other stuff I didn't list.

Anyone have any thoughts?
