I would love to attend University of Texas at Dallas, but I'm kind of iffy about it...I don't know if my GPA and SAT scores are good enough.
I have a 3.4 GPA (I'm in the top quarter of my class), and a 1520 on my SAT (980 CR+CM).
I've taken a lot of dual credit classes; I have about 33 hours done. I've also been in HOSA and I've done some community service. Does that make it any better?
I've already seen the requirements to get accepted, but I just hope there's a slight chance
for me :

I would be so happy if anyone could tell me their opinion or any helpful advice! Thank you.

While I do not know the requirements for UTD, I can assure you that you have a good chance at making it. However, since you are a review admit, it does get a little more competitive. I would suggest you send in letters of recommendation if you not already done so.

Also, what extra-curricular activities did you list your application? They could ultimately help you get accepted. You might want to share a little more stats, but as it is, you have a fair chance. Best of luck!

do you know the avg stats of people who are admitted? i actually go to utd, but i would think your stats are a bit low even for utd. then again, im not too familiar with the admissions. they use to do a top 25% rule. do you know if that still in use?

They do look a little low for any school, but people get in with worse scores. The only thing that hurts him is his rank.

I’ve looked at UTD before. I think you should be fairly in line… so don’t despair!
