Here are my current grades, and they're basically final. Will I get rescinded?

English - A
AP Calc - C
AP history - A
AP Physics - C
Dual Enrollment course with local community college - C

Economics - B

Unweighted: 2.83
Weighted: Either 3.3 or 3.5 depending on whether the weight the dual enrollement college course or not.

No D's or F's, but 3 C's. Will I get rescinded? Should I notify them?

No, they will only rescind you if you get a D or lower and/or below a 3.0 weighted GPA. You are fine with a 3.3 weighted GPA.

You can call/email them to make sure though: http://admissions.sa.ucsb.edu/ContactAdmissions.asp

I think it’s a 3.5 weighted because the college dual enrollment course should be weighted (I’m getting college credits). Should I be good?

The people that know for sure work in UCSB admissions. My personal sense is you’re okay, but no matter how many people tell you that you’re okay it won’t matter if UCSB admissions sees things differently!

Give them a call or send an email to find out for sure. And if there is some issue and you act now there’s still a chance of making it up with a summer class somewhere. If you just sit here and post, when they see your final transcripts later this summer it will be too late for you to do anything to actually fix it.

Yeah that’s why I suggested to call/email just to be ABSOLUTELY 100% sure.
