Will it really take 3 years?

I'm currently enrolled at OCC as a bio major and this will be my second semester. The list of Chem classes I'll have to take is
Chem 130- intro to chem
Chem 180 & 185 - General chem 1 & 2
Then Organic Chem 1 and 2
What I'm aiming for is to transfer to UCLA which is my top pick or hopefully USC. But as of now I don't think I'll be getting into Chem 130 this semester because of the amount of people in it but I'll still try to get in the first day. So is there any faster way to complete these classes. in the best case scenario it'll take another 5 semesters just to get through with chem but I may not get into General chem on one of my upcoming semesters. I know USC isn't as strict with what prereqs you need to be accepted but I'd much rather go to UCLA. Does anyone have any advice of a quicker way or is this the only way? thanks

Are you on a quarter or semester based system?

It would be brutal, but can you take summer courses?
