So after this semester, I will only have 35 units completed. 60 is required for transfer. I will be taking winter courses and I have planned 17 units for next semester. I think I proved that I can handle the workload this semester as I handled 5 classes with 17 units and with some pretty intense courses including a Pre-calculus class, economics class, political science class, a critical writing class, and a philosophy class. I am also involved in 2 clubs while balancing a job. I think I proved that I can handle the workload pretty well.
I currently have 4 A’s and a B and my predicted gpa after this semester is a 3.43
All of the major pre-req’s will be completed by spring and I will only be 1 class short of GE completion.
Will my lack of completed units affect my chances of admissions to a UC?
I am aiming for UC Davis, UCSB or UC San Diego.
