I recently got accepted to UNC Wilmington. I have about a 2.9 unweighted GPA, 3.3 weighted. All of my core classes(non-electives) have been honors, so: 13+ honors classes, and including this year 5 AP courses. The rest are electives, and we're on a block schedule. I scored a 1750 composite on my SAT. Currently I am failing Honors Calculus. Will they rescind my acceptance with an F in a tough math like calculus? Or do you think I'll be fine?

With an F, you very well may be rescinded – at best, put on probationary or conditional enrollment – meaning they’ll carefully eye your first semester.

Thanks for the response.
Anyone else have any thoughts?

T26E4 is correct. An F (or even a D) generally means that the student didn’t realize they were in trouble and get help until it was too late. That’s a red flag and makes you a high risk student. If they don’t rescind, they will definitely be watching closely for other indications that you are in over your head or slacking.
