Will they rescind my admission?

Two days ago.I received an e-mail from UIUC regarding my poor academic performance.I am an international student. I have many C's and a D in my senior year.I got a GPA of 3.15 out of 4(weighted GPA)in my senior year and accumulative GPA of 3.62 .They gave me the opportunity to explain on my poor academic performance. I sent and e-mail and explained to them that
1. I am an international student and English is not my first language and I need to shift my focus on improving English instead of regular schoolwork to do well on SAT and IELTS tests.
2.I was involved in extracurricular activities sport competition and senior student's event.
3.I voluntarily attended military training at my country to be exempt for being a soldier.

I am going to U.S. this Saturday (June 29) to attend IEI transition program over the summer. This e-mail really hurts my feeling as I take the plane half of the world to be there.
I am so afraid if they revoke my admission to UIUC.

1) How likely am I actually going to be rescinded?
2) When will they make a decision on my admission status.

Anyone who has ever experienced anything like this please tell me.

Any response is highly appreciated.

I doubt they will rescind you, but I have to say that if you can’t handle academics and learning English simultaneously, and your judgement is so undeveloped that you think that throwing a lot of effort into extracurriculars excuses it I’m concerned about your ability to manage U of I. Lots of students who were very qualified and who didn’t blow off their senior year were rejected, so try to deserve your spot. They do sometimes admit people on academic probation, that is probably the worst that will happen to you.

Thank you for your response. I am a Thai student and my school has 15 subjects each semester. I think it is very tough to manage my time during my senior year as all teachers and students believe that everyone will go to Thai University so they all only focus on teaching Thai tests. I am an odd one and I just decided that I will study in US in grade 11. Btw, semester in Thailand does not like that of US students. The school closed second semester in January so during that time I tried to manage all the college applications.
