I was recently admitted to UC Santa Cruz as a transfer but was forced to withdraw from a class I was taking. This is my first Withdraw since my 1st W in the 1st quarter of my Community College career, and the rest of my grades (4 classes in total, was taking 5) will be As and Bs. I didn't want to drop the class but I saw little alternative, I was struggling with the material and while I absolutely loath excuses, my professor spent more time stroking his ego than actually lecturing and wasn't much help when I came to him about my situation. I'll also be retaking the course next quarter.

it depends on the class and major

I’ll be majoring in film and the the class, Macroeconomics, was being used to appease the the 90 quarter unit requirement, it has no bearing on my major or IGETC requirements.

You should be fine then.

You should be fine to complete it during the summer they accept all coursework prior to enrollment for the 60 unit requirement
