Will this exempt me from taking two years of foreign language?

Hi,
So I happen to be fluent in English and German. I took the German Sat Subject Test on June 2 and got an 800. I’ve seen some people mention that if you get above 700 on a foreign language sat subject test, you will be exempted from taking two years of foreign language.
My question is whether there is any truth to that or not?

Btw, my college choices so far are USC, UCLA, NYU, and UC Berkeley.
