Will turning in my application at the last minute severely hurt my chances?

I have been freaking out because I'm the type of student that likes to get things done early. I'm rather annoyed because the guidance counselor that I paid ultimately has caused me to turn my app stuff in at the last minute. Anyway, unfortunate issues aside, will this severely hurt my chances?

I am applying to UCLA, Berkeley, UCSB, UCSD, Davis, USC (merit scholarship), Colorado Boulder, University of Oregon, University of Washington

all of which are due by December 1st and I will only have them submitted 3-5 days in advance

Also, I'm freaking out because I haven't heard back from my guidance counselor about the letter of rec.

SAT: 2150 (best score from each category- took SAT twice) 2070 (best in one sitting)
GPA: 4.25 (10-12 weighted) 3.87 (unweighted)
Volunteer: about 400 hours (created club)
Activities: member of NHS, CSF, ski team, dance classes, orchestra, lions heart, ect

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Sorry, I'm like freaking out and stressed out of my mind...

If it’s on time, it’s on time. Period.

Schools spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get many applications. If you turn your app in somewhat late it won’t hurt you. Are you kidding ? They’ll still be ecstatic. They are looking for a reason to admit you. Got it?
