Will UCLA rescinde me for droping a class and geting C+ on english?

I'm so worried since after I submit the update of my record, the decision messege changed to "reviewing" right now.
I'm math major and GPA when I applied is 3.6x. I finished all major requiement and IGETC. The class I can't register because it overlapped with another class is not required for UCLA. And I read the contract which said I should notify them if I got C grade so I told them I got C+ on my English class.
Will I be rescinded? They said the review will take 5-7 days...
I'm so worried now...Anyone has any comments?

Are you sure it said to notify them if you got ONE C or an EXCESSIVE amount of C’s?
because for mine, it says excessive…

Well he/she already had to notify UCLA because he/she dropped a class. Better to report the C+ now instead of dealing with it later.

@jennyjen yes, it says EXCESS…but I don’t know how they define excess…so I just reported…as pug101 said

I don’t know is C+ on English class really matter? Counselor told me since I’m math major they don’t care too much about English grades. And in the contract they also say “Complete the following course pattern by June 2011 with C grades or better: two [2] transferable courses in English composition” on the site…
But the “reviewing” really makes me stressing out…

One C should not matter, just make sure you get a 3.0+ in your final semester. Excessive probably means something lower than that GPA (like 3-4 c’s ). If you want to be safe you can report it anyways.

Have you received an email yet from UCLA? I’m still nervously waiting to hear back from them :(

Not yet. Im sure you’ll receive an email first because you probably sent your change before I did.

Update: I got their email said droping that class will not affect the admission decision.
But because I update the class changing on 4/25 and the C+ grade on 4/26, they only take care of the changing on 4/25…so now I just wait for their decision of the poor grade…

Why did you report the C+ grade? Now you give them a reason to doubt and rescind you…UCLA specifically says you do NOT need to report a C+ grade (excessive is defined as MORE than TWO ‘C’ grades; not anything less).
