wondering about lower division transfer?

<p>Is it possible to transfer to a california state university as say a sophmore? or incomplete junior per se.
I have about 70 credits from community colleges but have not completed math or language requirements yet?, im 24 yrs old and tired of floating around feeling too old, but it will take me another year to finish math and etc.. to do a proper junior transfer. Also I never completed any SAT or ACT in high school.</p>

<p>Make an appointment with the transfer advisor at your current or most recent CCC, and talk about this. They will have useful ideas for you.</p>

<p>CSU prefers upper division (junior) transfers; some campuses do not accept lower division transfers.</p>
