i think i have about a 20% chance

I would say more than 20% but you should choose another school for a backup. Out of the five categories of admissions at UF (that I have in my head lol):
1. Almost guaranteed
2. Very Strong
3. Could go either way
4. Lucky to get in
5. NO WAY (unless you can run fast, hit hard, or shoot a basketball)

I would put you in the in between the 4th and 3rd category, however, that doesn't mean a NO WAY at all because I know kids in that same category that get in.
You started off weak, but worked your way up to A's and B's and have a decent course selection, so I would say 30ish%.

I base my evaluation on the kids that got in from my school, but I am in no way an expert.

Agreed with orangenblue

"Three years after university officials capped the size of the freshman class at about 6,600, competition at UF is at an all-time high, forcing admissions workers to choose among the brightest and leaving behind an unprecedented number of disappointed families. Of those who applied to be part of this fall's incoming freshman class, an estimated 42 percent were accepted -- the lowest acceptance rate in the history of the state's public schools. Selectivity at the state's top university is expected to heighten as UF continues to work toward becoming one of the nation's Top 10 public universities. It should also be noted, the Yield rate was at 57% for last year."

if it helps any,i may have gotten a 25 composite score but i was 1 subscore point away from a 26.

they do look at sub scores, right?

I think that your "20% chance" is a pretty high estimate. My daughter has applied with a 3.6 GPA, 1140 SAT, 7 honors/7 regular/1 AP class and her schedule is much stronger than yours (she took honors physics last year and is currently in honors anatomy and physio for science, and honors calculus)AND her sister is a current UF sophomore but I still only give my daughter a 20% chance of admission to UF. On Orangenblues scale I believe she is between a 4 and a 5!
