<p>So I've seen here that some of you work at Kumon, but when I googled the age you have to be, various places told me it's 22 or older. :?</p>
<p>That’s not true at all. My local Kumon employs rising high school sophomores.</p>

<p>You can get a job at 14, though I think the only way to do that is if you went through the whole kumon process and then they offer you a job. I never went through Kumon and I’m a high school senior and they gave me a job at 17. IDK how qualified you have to be but for reference my math level goes up to differential equations.</p>
<p>My daughter is 16 and they hired her on the spot. This particular Kumon will only hire honor students - and they most likely won’t hire anyone who plays varsity sports. (Which honestly, is a little strange to me - I understand the idea behind it, but both my daughters participate in Speech & Debate and that takes just as much time, if not more, than varsity level sports.)</p>
