I read in another forum that at Bryn Mawr there is 8 to 10 hours of homework a night. Is there routinely this much work at Bryn Mawr?

8-10 hours a night?? Maybe if you're taking four lab sciences and two Asian languages, or if you read/write very slowly. You shouldn't need to work that much if you're taking a normal course load. Even if you spent two hours studying for every hour in class (that's more along the lines of what I observed), that would only be like 30 hours a week of homework.

Thank you Hanna. I'm interviewing at Bryn Mawr in a couple of weeks and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about it.
I would love to hear from any current students, or knowledgeable others.
