Workout Plan

<p>I will be attending the prep school in july and I was wondering if anyone could help me come up with a workout plan so that I can become physically ready.</p>

<p>I assume you're referring to the USAFA Prep School?</p>

<p>If so, then finally, someone who will be attending the prep school this july along with me!</p>

<p>What I'm doing is daily pushups, situps, and I try to add in some flutter kicks here in there, couldn't hurt.</p>

<p>3-5 days a week I try to run about 3 miles.</p>

<p>Once my APs are over, I'll kick it into high gear ;].</p>
