So im attending cal state la and i can’t accept my financial aid and i went to ask why and they said i need my parents irs tax return transcripts. but irs won’t send it to my parents. So im worried if my financial aid would be taken away. would i still be able to get by next semester or would it go down?

Did they say for what reason the IRS supposedly won’t give it to them?

we tried that too they just “we are not able to process your request at this time”

There is no way around this requirement. Please take the above advice & have them call the IRS as soon as possible.
