I had a few crappy teachers this semester, and I might end up with 2-3 B's first semester of senior year. Will this shoot my chances of getting in? I've gotten almost all A's the rest of high school.

No it won’t. There’s so much more going in your application then just grades

The B’s would be in AP Bio, AP Stats, and (maybe) AP Physics C.

saints2009, a drop in several grades at once can be problematic. A large percentage of Stanford applicants take numerous AP courses during senior year and earn A’s in them. Blaming your teachers is absolutely the worst way to handle the situation; again, many students face that problem and overcome it through additional self-study, tutoring, etc. If it is too late to rectify the situation, I’d suggest doing your best to make sure your essays are excellent representations of your abilities and character. (If you had already been accepted REA, on the other hand, evidence of moderate senioritis is unlikely to provoke rescission of your offer, but a drop from all A’s to multiple B’s might get someone a “reminder” email of the conditional nature of his early acceptance.) Good luck.
