<p>Think about it. No more stress, doing what we want when we want because WE want it. Homework? sure.. maybe once every few days. Studying? who studies? AP classes? no effin way! clubs? activities? work? volunteering? hah more like going home everyday and just goin on the comp for like 12 hours straight.. or going out every day of the week.. </p>
<p>Sounds like fun, dun it? </p>
<p>Maybe living an average life isn't that bad after all.</p>
<p>I don't think it'd be nice. I think I'm more productive when I'm busy and occupied. Otherwise, I have too much time to think -- that's poison.</p>
<p>I always considered that option, but decided against it because then when I die, I'll be looking back at my life and saying "what was the point of it all?"</p>
<p>The best thing is to do ALL that and still have fun :)</p>

<p>i think about this all the time...not that i still wouldn't work hard but i'd just pursure what interested me and the ECs that I like....i wish</p>
<p>yeah, that would be nice not to care. but after a while it would start to suck because everyone would become better than you were at everything except maybe video games, haha.</p>

<p>i can't respect people who sacrifice their identities for grades and success. the best ones out there are those who work hard but take time to introspect, unwind and socialize. social interaction is an important part of becoming someone educated -- a citizen of the world. </p>
<p>i've seen too many of my classmates become mechanical. have they been accepted at ivies? yes. are they socially inept? yes.</p>
<p>do i care? yes.. to an extent. but i'm more of a big-picture person, so a B or C in a class in high school isn't enough to break me.</p>
<p>no, im with u man - i would love if nobody cared && let me not care all day too. living a life of epicurean pleasure is pretty much my dreammmm. it'd be so freaking awesome. <em>sigh</em>... </p>
<p>i always wanted to join a traveling dance troupe, actually. cuz i dance w/o thinking & theyd let me do that all the time. (ergo: i get to spend my days not thinking) </p>
<p>too bad neither is happening. =/ oh well - mebbe when im old & rich, ill go do everything i wanted to do in high school but didnt for fear of ultimate consequences.</p>

<p>Yeah, sometimes I wish I was those students who get so happy when they barely pass with a C- or something. If that was the case, I would LLLOOOVEEE school.</p>
<p>kids who dont care are all over my school but i know 85% of them will end up doing nothing with their lives so id much rather care.</p>
<p>If I didn't have schoolwork and ECs and the whole shebang... I don't know what I'd do with myself. My friends are the same way so I think we'd all have to give up our anti-social lives together to become social together, if that makes any sense.</p>
<p>sometimes I wish that I didn't care, but then I look at my grandpa and I see what not caring did to him (dropped out of high school, got a REALLY bad job, is extremely poor - like my mom supports him!, watches TV all day with my grandma, lazy, etc) and that gives me a good enough wake up call</p>
<p>i wish i didnt care about things like other people at my school.. but its just who i am.. i care about everything + i stress out about everything.. but i'm definetly trying not to care</p>
<p>I don't care. I have a lot of fun. I go out as much as possible. I'm currently making two A's, two B's and a C. I do all my homework at school. I'm already into my top choice college. I am done with high school.</p>

<p>I would love it. At least get rid of my job. It stresses me out wayyy to much, and because of it I've never been able to do sports or anything. Too bad money doesn't grow on trees. :)</p>
