<p>Michigan is going to be tough this late in the game, the other two will probably accept you out of state, if you are in-state at either of those three places then it is a lock. So don't despair.</p>

<p>I thought rolling admissions meant you could apply at any time throughout the year. If this isn't so can someone please explain what it really means. Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>rolling means they make their decision as soon as they get your application and shut it off after quota I think.</p>
