Fellow incoming freshman ... Look at your billing and payments tab on the ucsd.edu website... I mean c'mon so many fees already. Personally Im barely getting used to allowing the small amount finnancial aid ucsd is giving me and they already want to take it away.. WOw what a load of bull.. So yeah I guess thats reality for you..

Yeah I know :( the billing scared the @#$%#@ out of me.
But, on the brighter side, no matter how many units you register, the $$ is the same (so long you're a full time student).

when are these fees due?

mine says i only owe about 890$ =0

^Thousands of pennies

RCC, I thought you didn't get finan aid?

i didn't. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

did you register for all your classes yet?

weird

anyways, you all better make sure to complete the health fee waiver (if you have health insurance) cause it drops the bill by $300.

Just in case you guys didn't know, the bill DOES NOT include financial aid, UCSD grants, Cal Grants, etc yet. So the actual amount you need to pay will be less.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!
This rotten capitalist establishment only wants to suck our money!
And it's requiring us to have HEALTH INSURANCE?!?!?!? THIS IS BLASPHEMY!!!!!! THIS IS MADNESS!!!!!!! Why can't they just provide the free healthcare?

^^ because we're not in Canada. :(

hurry up and just waive the health insurance. on campus insurance isn't that great, i heard. but ok if you need birth control pills, haha.

oh, yeah. I waived the health insurance =P

so when do we get our financial aid money?

They're usually disbursed within the first few weeks of September.
