Yale 2014 Hopefuls

Yeah, I wish I hadn’t procrastinated on my applications either. Break would have been so much more fun without them :(

Physics and Philosophy, anyone?

Chemistry!!

And does anyone else find themselves becoming paranoid about having submitted all their apps? I have this sinking feeling that I completely forgot to send some application lol

Yup! I think that’s such a cool program.

No one knows me here, but just so you know: never listen to blah blah blah - kesha, you will get addicted and drugs are not good for you.

Bio molecular btw:p

Chibi- Yes! I’ve had dreams about it  Like I forgot to do something important, or there was something on my application… Oh! I still need to send my scores!! Lol.
If the feeling doesn’t go away after this, it won’t go away until my last attempt at the ACT’s in February (which they don’t even guarantee getting)…

I’ve become kind of paranoid too. I keep rethinking a couple of my short takes (especially for Princeton) and stuff…wondering if I could have took a little more time and made them better. I pretty much just answered them with the first things that came to mind, but now I wish I spent more time on them. :-/

Hey, Mirror! Hahah.

Yeah, I started re-reading my commonapp essay, because I thought the edited version I sent to Yale was so much better, but it turned out to not be as great as my unedited version after giving myself a 3-day break from it. Blah Blah Blah.
But there’s nothing to do now, so just think about something else :)

WHAT?! ^^ Please don’t tell me this is a ploy to get into x school because they value your demographic in math and science majors.

hahahahahah :)

i spent 1500 bucks on college apps ■■■ ■■■ ■■■ ■■■ ■■■

^Omg. Fix your Location! It distends everything! >_> :p

I just calculated it all out with SAT testing, etc. and it came to $1,409! Lol!

Did you include CSS profile? I’ve spent >$2000.

I haven’t. I don’t even think I’ve done that yet. I should get on that… OMG.

Haha the CSS is also ridiculously expensive right? Like 50 bucks ish?

Alsooooooo, I now officially believe that rushing reports is silly XP The National Merit people sent me a letter and was like RUSH YOUR REPORTS! and my mom was like …no. And it still got to them in time. ^^

the css profile is 25 bucks + 16 bucks for each school

The National Merit people did not send me a letter telling me that. Apparently they already have favorites?

:) Just kidding, y’all.

Mine got in on time too. Though I was responsible and did it in like Sept. or whenever we found out :)

HA. stupid national merit people.

isn’t it ironic that the form to apply for FINANCIAL AID is the most expensive?!

^yes, it’s super annoying! FA forms should be FREE! grr.
