I got an email today that I’ve been shortlisted for an interview!
I have to decide whether to travel to Singapore/ choose the Skype option. Is it always better to go there/ do you get some sort of an advantage?
I got the “shortlist interview” notification a little less than a week after I submitted my application with the Yale-NUS supplement (December 28)–I was surprised that the turnaround was so quick! Super excited (albeit nervous) for the interview! Like the OP asked, any tips on the interview and what it will entail? Congratulations on your shortlist @advk18 and good luck throughout the process fellow Yale-NUSer(s)!
I was shortlisted (wasn’t expecting it because I applied by checking the box on the Yale CommonApp).
Is there any way to send art/music supplements to Yale-NUS if you applied like I did?
does anyone know how long they will be contacting people for interviews? the round two deadline hasn’t passed yet, so I’m guessing there will still be more interviews being offered in the following weeks … am I right? I submitted my application in December though…
I contacted admissions yesterday, they told me that the notifications for interviews were staggered, and to “not worry if you haven’t heard anything yet.” ALSO be sure to send SAT scores directly to Yale-NUS if you applied through Yale, because they won’t get them otherwise.
@Regenerated and anyone who’s got in, I sent my SAT scores but I don’t know if they have received them or not? Cannot see any confirmation on my Application status page?
