Anyone else applying to Yale for this fall? Seems like the other thread got off topic.

Very very long. Most all available seats are tied to attrition. Attrition at Yale is less than 2%, and in some years, even lower. Thus, one would not only have to imminently qualified, but also most transfers are accepted because there is a degree/major that is not currently offered at their present institution. That said, I have meet a couple of transfer students at Yale, (one was actually community college transfer) but they all had rather profound compelling stories…good luck!
I didn’t think the other thread was going off topic but anywho, I called and the lady at the front desk said applications went to committee today for review and decisions would be sent out this Friday, May 8th!
@Awilo13 That’s super fast! How come they can review that many apps in a week? I guess they will first filter out tons of applicants based on test scores/GPA
