Yoga and Aerobics, or other way around? Advice??

Hey HSLers,

So I'm enrolling for aerobics and yoga classes and have two options:

1) Yoga 6:00-7:00 am
Aerobics 7:15-8:15 am

2) Aerobics: 7:15-8:15 am
Yoga: 9:00-10:00 am

Waking up early is not a problem (although yeah, trudging to the sports center at 5:45 to make it in time doesn't hold high appeal for me either). I'm leaning toward the first option but I'm just apprehensive if there's anything I'm overlooking...like is there anything that should stop me from doing aerobics so soon after yoga?

I thought yoga before aerobics would help in stretching, etc, but I'm slightly turned off the idea of going immediately from the peaceful frame of mind created by yoga to the loud, energetic environment in aerobics class. Shouldn't I be doing the opposite?
Is it okay to be doing it this way? Is there any reason anyone would advise against doing aerobics so soon after yoga?

And I have to show up tomorrow, so I have to decide right now! Any opinions will be welcome! :)

I don’t think so. Personally, I would choose number one.

thanks 4 ur opinion pyroqueen!
Well, the only reason i was apprehensive about the 1st was because i just can’t find it in myself to RELAX. I’d felt aerobics so soon after yoga might just be counterproductive.

If that’s the case, go with number two. I see no reason why it would be unsafe or why you shouldn’t do aerobics first. So if number two is more appealing, do that.
