Accepted today… OOS 33 ACT 4.3 weighted gpa, top 3% of class. $15,000 scholarship. Does anyone know when we would hear honors decisions or if there are any additional scholarship monies available? Are honors acceptances rolling or all released at same date? Thank you!
congrats @Annie4321 honors decision from what i am told is not until February and no additional merit is offered. You can look into the The National Scholars Program, but that is not part of the Calhoun Honors program. Congrats again!
My school doesn’t rank, but my counselor insists I’m at least Top 5% and maybe Top 3%. I applied to Chemical Engineering, so definitely a more competitive major at Clemson. I’m not concerned about getting in (maybe I should be), but I just want to know already.
@Annie4321 congratulations. What state do you live in?
Finally. OOS, Fl. With the 15k scholarship. Yay!!
Finally got mine in the mail today!! OOS, 32 ACT and 4.0 GPA. $15,000 a year.

@mgcollegetalk99 my son wanted me to ask you your class rank and what state you are from? Thank you.
From New York and my school doesn’t rank but I’m in the top 2% of a class of 462 @mweb136
Can someone help me out? Is there a website or a certain log in that the admissions board gives to each applicant? Because I have a log in and password for every other one of my colleges buy Clemson does not see to have an Application Status page that I can check my status on. Can someone walk me through the process of what happens when my status is changed? Thanks!
@cbros45 you should have received an ID number shortly after you submitted your application. If you have not received anything stating they have received all of your information and your application is complete you can just call the admissions office. They are so very helpful. Refer to your ID number and they will be able to pull your information right up.
Anyone out there know when the College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences at Clemson has been mailed historically? Looks like all the decisions are for Engineering, Nursing, and Business kids.
Just talked to an admission counselor and she told me that these admissions being received by the high scorers and merit money qualifiers are not related to which school or major you apply too. But rather is just a matter of the them working through the piles of applications. She also said that each state as an admissions counselor and if that person is jammed up with lots of apps it could take longer. Finally she told me that usually they send out a bunch of admissions prior to the holidays so to be patient.
@cbros45
Once I’ve applied to Clemson. How can I find out my application’s status?
Once Clemson has received your completed application, you will receive your Clemson XID. This ID number should be used in all correspondence with the University for the rest of your admissions process.
At this time, we do not have an online status check, but incoming freshmen who apply by Dec. 1 will receive an admission decision the week of Feb. 15. Incoming freshmen who apply after Dec. 1 will receive a decision after Feb. 15.
great information @burghdad thank you!
