Macys is having a friends and family sale–use code macysfriend at checkout to receive an additional 25% off (there are some exclusions–including fragrances), code works on annual ornaments, sale items, etc.

BandP - my D has those rain boots in pink. She is an anti-UGGster too - and also an equestrian - at least she was prior to starting college. Now I just have a house full of horse stuff that no one is using. I had never seen the horse boots before.

For the men who like Jos Banks - they have a good sale now. Their cotton crew neck sweaters are $35 and a much better quality than many you’ll find at that price.

Just returned from Macys. The friends and family is also on in the store. The sale lasts through Monday. The nice thing is it works on almost everything including the designer names that the normal coupons always exclude. I got my son a Hurley flannel shirt that after all the various markdowns came to $12.
I also hit up Ross. Found my D a robe for $6.99.
I love the horse rain boots for my equestrian but I am not sure she would wear them. She presently doesn’t wear rain boots. She does wear UGGS.

Anyone in Ca notice if Costco has discount tickets for Mammoth this year?

Special K cereal, at Ralph’s today. 1.99 with a 99 cent coupon attached, bringing it to $1.00 for a box! What a deal!

Almost a good buy of the day: a beautiful Kooba bag for $149 at Nordstrom Rack (originally $649). Too bad my bag is still OK. That price was close to my price range for a purse.

Oh, BB, I am SO proud of you.

bandp, double cash back today at the Under Armour site: [Ebates Daily Double 12/4/2009 Under Armour Double Cash Back and Online Deals](<a href=“Online Coupons & Cash Back | Shop 3,500+ Stores! | Rakuten”>Online Coupons & Cash Back | Shop 3,500+ Stores! | Rakuten)

They have their white cotton pinpoint with free monogramming for 19.99. Their shirts usually go for 50+. You can get traditional or french cuff. The quality of these shirts are phenomenal.

XBox 360 Elite Holiday bundle. Got it today at Dell for $269.00 and Free Shipping.
It’s the cheapest price that I could find.

Wish I knew that yesterday, because Bullet bought Xbox at Best Buy. Honestly, it is the worst system out there, we are now on our 3rd since it was released (we bought 1. 2 yrs later it broke, he bought the 2nd). Touch it the wrong way and it is “GAME OVER” for the system.

DS only asked for that so we caved, but when he opens it on Xmas day I will tell him this is the last time I will ever buy one.

^Son’s Xbox broke a few months ago. He originally received it two Christmas’s ago. He’s not expecting a new one so it should be a nice surprise for him.

Bunsenburner- RueLaLa has La Perla today.
I am taking my H to Macy’s today to see if we can “update” his wardrobe. Plan on using the friends and family coupon.

ny I think the life expectancy of Xbox is 2 yrs.

Good luck, mom60! It would be impossible for me to get my H even within 50 feet of a Macy’s!
I checked Rue La La today - nothing that I’d go crazy about. They are going to have a Badgley Mischka (sp?) sale on the 6th. If anyone is in need of a fancy dress, check them out.

I WOULD have said the $8.19 18 pound Butterball Fresh Turkey I bought at Costco the day
after Thanksgiving was a great buy. I roasted it on Saturday, sent some of it home with a S and then the fridge’s compressor conked out on Sunday. Second time it has had to be replaced and it’s still under warranty.

Not so much of a good buy, but it was a good find.
I just ordered a lego “Empire State Building”----didn’t know they made such a thing.
My younger son (college sophomore) used to love legos as a kid and I thought this might be kind of fun to put under the Christmas tree.

Got a $10 off a $50 order (or $5 off orders from $25 to $50) for ThinkGeek: 9LBB

Mom60 was @ Costco today in CA and saw the Mammouth Lift tickets. I think it was about $129 for a 2 day pass.

On Friday at Macy’s, I bought 3 very soft, plush blankets & 3 pillows, as well as 3 3-quart saucepans & 3 frying pans for 6 different seniors on the Salvation Army Christmas Tree (3 wanted a blanket & pillow & 3 wanted pots & pans). Total price for all the gifts was just under $110!

I also bought hubby 3 boxes of coffee & a filter for the fancy one cup coffeemaker that has popped up all over his office; they gave me 10% off on all purchases. I didn’t have any coupons but the saleslady used one she had at her register on ALL my purchases (tho it didn’t work for the gourmet coffee & supplies). He was very happy & agreed we don’t need the coffeemaker–he’ll get his fix at the office & use instant coffee or go out on weekends. :)
