Geez people, what's not the point? And WOAH surfer you must be super-smart.

and your point is?

I was curious about what kind of math CC people take. I said so.

but i dont get why u want to know. is it like a game to see who took the highest math in the lowest grade?

what....anyways, surfed: how do you take algebra in 5th grade??? do they let you?

Sufer: No. Did I somehow imply that?! If it seemed like that to you, I wasn't trying to.

Yeah my doesn't allow algebra until 8th grade and they dont offer summer classes.

8 algebra
9 hon geo
10 semester 1: hon alg 2, semester 2: hon precalc
11 semester 1: stats, semester 2: ap calc

There are no math classes left for my senior year, what fun.

there was a 6th grade girl in my 7th grade algebra class...i think that was the youngest person taking algebra i met. of course, home schoolers can skip a lot if they do it fast. the district just gives them books and stuff. that's why i'm homeschooled right now :D

purrli, there's this kid, maybe 10 years old, who takes piano lessons from this lady I go to...during my lesson, I saw him doing his math homework...he was doing effing limits and solving derivatives...then I found out it wasn't homework - he was just doing them for "practice," giving himself problems to do.

whoa....derivatives? what's that?
