15 or 30?

So for a transfer not to submit high school transcripts do you need 15 credits completed and finishing up or in progress on another 15, or 30 completed in total? I found this quotation on the site and I’m not sure. Any help is extremely welcomed

The exact quotation on the site is, “Transfer applicants must submit an official transcript from each college or university you previously attended. If you have less than 30 college credits, you will need to submit high school transcripts. These credentials are required (whether or not credit was earned or is desired)”

I’m not certain, but I think it’s number of credits at the time of application. I only think this because registration for classes is the same way- the date you register depends on credits at the time, not including credits from the current semester.

And since I don’t know for sure, your best bet is to just ask Admissions directly.
