I got an A in class at school and i prepared a lot for the AP test. I was expecting a 3 or 4, not a 2 and I am extremely disappointed. Should I get my test rescored? If so, what does this rescore even do? I looked at my score and I was surprised! I thought the exam was not too bad at all. Please give me feedback, thanks.
I was really bumbed by my 3 as well really expected a 5 at least a 4 but i think the test was easy looking on purpose so the standards for a bit higher?
A rescore would only address the multiple choice section and likely isn’t worth it if you only feel you could’ve realistically gotten only a point higher. AP exams are difficult, and the ones that seem easy may seem easy to everyone, which would make it harder to receive a 3, 4 or 5 as a result of the curve.
AP exams are difficult and you may not have expected a two but you always have the option to retake it next year if you really need too. I got a 5 on the AP world exam and I prepared for the test using AP world quizlet flashcards, completing many practice tests and reading a few review books.
