<p>I know they have this deal where they sometimes hold your application until they look through all of their regular admission apps... i hope they at least notify me if they do that.</p>

<p>agh. I applied EA to the film school and the site says "File Complete, Decision Pending." Should I have recieved a letter by now? Or do they send out all their decisions at different times. I hope I get some word soon... </p>

<p>oh, ok, thanks. I had read that but I wasn't sure because of all the people who were getting their acceptances to the film school already. So I guess we expect to hear from them within the next two weeks.</p>

<p>Ok, so I got the above message on Chapman's WebAdvisor. I assume this means I got into Chapman but how do I check if I got accepted to the Film program? Does this mean I got accepted to the Film Program? </p>

<p>desar864, that is EXACTLY what mine said before I got my acceptance letter, so I would say you're in! Congrats!! If you weren't in for film I'm assuming it would say whatever your second choice major was (or undecided). You should be getting your letter soon in a big folder, and then you'll get your film letter. I found out I was accepted mid-January, and I just got my film letter today (dated January 24) even though I already knew I was in. I also got another acceptance letter today from the school, even though I got my information packet around two weeks ago and my scholarship info last week!</p>
<p>Once your letters start pouring in, there will be no doubt that you're actually in. Even if you don't get scholarships, you'll probably get at least three different ones if you're accepted for film!</p>
<p>Did all of you who've been accepted to Film get an email yesterday about the "dessert reception" for new film students on Feb. 24? My son did, but probably won't be able to attend. Are any of you going?</p>
