On the website the date says june 15. and on ut admissions twitter, they keep telling people by june 15th. I would assume by june 15 is a 100% but who knows honestly lol.
Do you think if I made an appeal (bc of a transcript issue) that meeting with an admissions counselor at UT in person would help?
@ccollege2020 I had a transcript problem where my accepted ap credits weren’t on my transcript so they rejected me but I hand delivered them a printed copy with all the correct information and they reopened it without an appeal
@hookemags that’s exactly what is happening to me. I’m waiting for my corrected transcript to arrive at UT

I got my decision today! Sadly, I did not get into my first choice of nursing which was expected due to it’s competitiveness but I did get into Psych!

Some ECs, mainly from HS although some from college
Lots of volunteering

@yungchildish when did you submit your transcripts? they waited till I had 30 hours for me so that’s probably why I’m probably among the last lol

Just a general question. If you’re on the borderline in terms of gpa for a competitive major, do they take extenuating circumstances into account?
I was hospitalized with a chronic life threatening illness that still continues to affect me today (have to go in for treatment 2x a week), yet I’ve managed to achieve a 3.8 this past school year…
